Audi 2022 MLS Playoffs Kick Off Sat. 10/15/22 at Noon

The Red Bulls Arena is hosting the first round of the Major League Soccer Tournament on Saturday, October 15, 2022, with a Noon start.  A noon start is earlier than most regular season Saturday Soccer games at the Red Bull Arena.

The Red Bulls will be facing the FC Cincinnati team in what is expected to be an exciting game.  There has been no Harrison Police Department  Traffic Bulletin on the Playoff game as of the publication of this article. Nothing compares to an International Game which gets an immediate Harrison Police Department Traffic Bulletin.  There should be a good turn out and the game's early start may impact Harrison Residents more than a 2 p.m. start.  Fans will be arriving early and clash with Harrison residents Saturday morning breakfast out, laundry day, and shopping outings.

The FC Cincinnati team is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.  The FC Cincinnati franchise began its play in March 2019 just a year before Covid 19 hit in March 2020.  The club’s ownership group is owned by Carl H. Lindner III and Jeff Berding.  The club’s general manager is Chris Albright.

The FC Cincinnati team is used to playing in a large stadium as their home stadium, the TQL Stadium has 1,000 more seats than the Red Bulls Arena for a total of 26,000 seat capacity. It is also a soccer-specific venue which is a plus.
