New York City FC Soccer Club Game Wednesday, April 13th

No Traffic Bulletin has been issued by the Town of Harrison but on Wednesday, April 13^th, 2022, the Red Bulls Stadium will be hosting a Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League Semifinals Soccer Game at the Red Bulls Arena in Harrison NJ.  New York City FC Soccer Club will be facing the Seattle Sounders. The game has a late start at 9 p.m.

New York City FC Soccer Club usually plays at Yankee Stadium but Yankee Stadium is not a CONCACAF approved venue.   The Red Bulls Stadium is approved and has been used by the New York City FC Soccer Club during the Covid pandemic when New York’s Yankee Stadium was not available.

It is not clear whether the sound from the stadium will reach nearby apartment buildings or what effect it will have on traffic at 9 p.m.  The Harrison Police Department has not released to our knowledge an advisory.  It is not clear whether VIP motivated Parking restrictions will be imposed on streets usually designated No Parking Zones for New York Red Bulls Soccer games.
