Feb 16, 2023A Special Harrison Mayor & Council Meeting will be held, on Friday, February 17, 2023, starting at 12 p.m. (High Noon) via Zoom.

ORDINANCE NO. 1478
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NOS. 1219, 1250, 1280, 1327, 1389, AND 1459 TO PROVIDE SALARY INCREASES FOR MEMBERS OF THE HARRISON FIRE DEPARTMENT
ORDINANCE NO. 1479
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, ENTITLED "LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HARRISON," TO UPDATE THE WAIVER OF SITE PLAN PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS
ORDINANCE NO. 1480
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ARTICLE VI, ENTITLED "FEES, DEPOSITS AND INSPECTIONS" OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF HARRISON TO UPDATE THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR LAND USE APPLICATIONS AND ESCROW DEPOSITS

There is both a time to address the Mayor & Council when an Ordinance is introduced and a Public session regarding the Ordinance is announced. In addition, there is an opportunity for the Public to speak during the Public Session of the meeting where questions can be asked and/or complaints, comments, and suggestions can be made. There is a 5-minute time period for each member of the public. The Mayor can extend the period for a member of the public to speak. Anyone can speak at the meeting. There is no residency requirement to speak.
