Special Harrison Planning Board Meeting Scheduled for July 18, 2024

 The Town of Harrison Planning Board has scheduled a special meeting for Thursday, July 18, 2024, to be held in the Mayor & Council Chambers at the Harrison Town Hall, located at 318 Harrison Avenue. The meeting will commence promptly at 5:45 p.m. The Regular Meeting was scheduled for next Wednesday, July 26, 2024, but now is canceled.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Call to Order
    The meeting will be declared open, with a statement indicating that this is a special meeting of the Harrison Planning Board. Proper public notice in compliance with the "Sunshine Law" has been published, and a copy of the notice is filed in the Town Clerk's office.
  2. Salute to the Flag
  3. Roll Call
  4. Approval of Minutes
    The minutes of the previous meeting held on June 26, 2024, will be reviewed and approved. The Town of Harrison does not make the minutes of the meeting available for public review.  The minutes only get released after they are approved.
  5. Reading of Correspondence
    There are no items of correspondence to be read.
  6. Old Business
    • Case #24-02: The Board will memorialize the resolution of Angel & Veronica Coronel for the minor subdivision of the property located at 9-11 Seventh Street, Block 160, Lot 25.
  7. New Business
    There are no new business items on the agenda.
  8. Adjournment
    The meeting will be adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
